You’re paying for completion theater.

A new hire gets an 80-page PDF and a Confluence link, clicks “done,” and moves on. The dashboard turns green. Nobody finds out what actually stuck, until it shows up in production, in a support ticket, or in a customer who never learned the product. The tools measure clicks. They don’t measure whether anyone learned.

Bring your content

Internal docs, SOPs, specs and handbooks, as PDF or Markdown. We turn them into the same end-to-end interactive course we ship to learners.

02

Built around your data

Per-tenant isolation. Source content stays yours and is never used to train shared models. Enterprise security commitments (SSO, audits, certifications) scoped per engagement.

04

Standalone today, integrated tomorrow

Run Uncoursed as a standalone L&D hub from day one. LMS integrations (SCORM, xAPI, LTI) are on the roadmap and prioritized for enterprise pilots.

06

Your IP, isolated

Source content never leaves your tenant. Not pooled with other customers. Not used to train shared models. EU hosting today; other regions on request.

Every new hire gets a learning buddy that walksthemthroughit.

Instead of handing someone a 60-page runbook, Uncoursed sits a learning buddy next to them. It explains your process out loud, stops to check they actually got it, and answers their questions, grounded only in your material. It remembers where each person got stuck, so the next session starts there.

Exercises that make you recall

Not four-option quizzes. You fill gaps, match pairs, put steps in order and answer in your own words, because pulling it out of memory is what makes it stay.

Every idea gets apictureyoucantouch.

Each chapter is built with visualizations made for its ideas: simulations you drive, 3D models you turn, drawn animations, pictures you explore part by part, blocks you compare side by side. These are real ones the platform generated. Try them.

It comes back right before you forget

Every card returns on a spaced schedule. Recall it and the gap grows; struggle and it comes back sooner. The same question, a stronger memory each time.

Frequently asked questions

Can we bring our own training material?

Yes. Upload internal docs, SOPs, technical specs or handbooks as PDF or Markdown, up to 400 pages each. Uncoursed builds an interactive course from them, in your tenant.

How does it integrate with our LMS?

Uncoursed runs standalone today via admin-managed rosters. LMS interoperability (SCORM, xAPI, LTI) and SSO/SCIM are on the roadmap and prioritized for enterprise pilots. Tell us what you use and we will scope it.

Where does the data live?

Our cloud is hosted in the EU today, with other regions available on request. All processing is isolated per tenant. Source content is never used to train shared models.

What about certifications like SOC 2?

We do not currently hold SOC 2 Type II or other formal certifications. They are on our roadmap and we are happy to pursue them as part of an enterprise engagement. In the meantime we walk customers through our data handling, tenant isolation, and processing model before a pilot.

Can we measure impact?

Coverage, mastery, and time-to-competence per concept and per role, surfaced in your admin dashboard. Data export today is CSV; warehouse sinks (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) are on the roadmap.
